Please take a moment to recognize your appreciation, and love for our brother Gabriel Millard, who was recently diagnosed with AML: Acute Myeloid Leukemia

 A message from Gabriel posted on Facebook, August 28th 2022:

"I had my lovely wife Annystin Millard shave my head, so I guess it’s time to put it on the Book of Face. On August 12th I was diagnosed with AML: Acute Myeloid Leukemia and sent to be admitted at LDS hospital in Salt Lake.

Tomorrow I have my second bone marrow biopsy to see how everything is going. We have a long road ahead of us and have already been through more than I could’ve imagined in the last two weeks. They say it takes a village, and thank god for mine.

Thank you for everyone that has helped in all the ways we have needed. My parents, for heading to the ER at 10pm at night in the middle of the week and then doing anything and everything they can every day since to be there for me.

My other parents, Annystin’s mom and dad, for dropping everything and being the ones to be full time taking care of our baby girl. My brothers, who have kept me laughing. All of the friends who have sent food so that Anny and I don’t have to constantly eat hospital food. Family that has brought Lego sets for me to build. There are just too many to name. Thank you. Thank you all.

Also because of people that donate blood and platelets, and the specialists here at LDS on Floor East 8, I’m able to get the help I need right now. So go donate if you can! It really does save lives

I never thought a routine check up would lead us here… but here we are. Although my beautiful wife has been with me taking care of everything for me spiritual, physical, financial, and also emotional ways. She is a real life Wonder Woman for me. I wouldn’t want anyone else but her by my side I love you baby. And I love you all friends and family.
