THE OPEN'R CAMPSITE RESERVATIONS (June 5th-9th 2024)

DATES:  June 5th-9th

Like last year, we will be reserving 10 additional campsites (50 total) to accommodate any overflow of vehicles and boats or last minute reservations. Parking is, and always has been the biggest concern, so we built in the extra cost per night to give us extra sites and additional parking.

You should only reserve the number of campsites needed to accommodate your trailer(s), tent(s), etc.

Parking shouldn't be an issue, but please carpool and limit the number of vehicles you bring with you as much as possible. 

HOW TO BOOK:

Please select the number of nights you would like to reserve, for a single campsite. There are three options:

1. 4 nights (1 campsite)

2. 3 nights (1 campsite)

3. 2 nights (1 campsite)

4. 1 night (1 campsite)

If you need to book more than 1 campsite, you can increase the quantity (QTY) of the length of stay you want to book.

If you're not sure how many sites you need, please overestimate to ensure we have plenty of funds to cover the total cost.

Do I need an extra campsite to accommodate a boat, and multiple cars?
No. We are purchasing extra campsites to give us an overflow of space for parking and any last minute reservations. But, please carpool and limit the amount of vehicles as much as possible (Millard boys!).

How many people can I have in one campsite? 
Technically, the rules are max 8 people per campsite, but the most important rule we need to keep in mind is each campsite is only supposed to have one vehicle. Try to carpool as much as possible to limit the number of vehicles.

Can I book one campsite for 4 nights, and another for a different length of time?
 Yes, but you'll need to select the first length of time and QTY, then click on "Add to Cart". Repeat those steps for the next length of time and QTY. When you're ready to pay, click on "Checkout" or on the shopping bag (cart) icon on the top right of the page.

Can I pick my campsite location? 
No. Campsites are first come first serve. Meaning, if you plan on coming Thursday, or Friday, you'll probably get the last pick for your campsite location. But hell, it won't matter anyway! You'll likely end up hanging out by the campfire, or some random campsite that isn't yours anyway! Cheers...

Can I cancel and get refund if I don't end up going?
We can provide a 100% refund on the card used at the time of booking your reservation. To do that, simply contact Michael Potter (below) to request a refund. Keep in mind we need to book the campsites in groups of 10, so we will not be able to get a refund back from the Park Service. Just keep that in mind when booking.
